Town Council Petition

 UPDATE

A huge thank you to everyone who took the time to sign our petition for a Lytham Town Council

Between the ‘paper’ signed petition and the ‘on-line’ petition we have secured a very credible total approaching 800 residents saying they support the formation of Lytham Town Council. 

Fylde Borough Council have established a Working Group to consider the formation of Town Councils in both Lytham and Ansdell. 

The results of our petition have been shared with the Chairman and  we hope to have an opportunity to make a representation to this Working Group in the coming weeks.

Numerous Ansdell residents expressed disappointment that our petition was for Lytham only.

We would encourage Ansdell residents who would value a Town Council for Ansdell to write to their Councillors and Fylde Borough Council, or if preferred please simply email Lytham Voice at hello@lythamvoice.co.uk and we would be delighted to pass on your message.
