Cumulative Impact Policy Lytham
Fylde Licensing Committee sat on 13 March 2024 to consider the requirement for a Cumulative Impact Policy for Lytham town centre. This relates to the number of existing and future alcohol licenses.
Despite being the ‘applicant’ for this review, Lytham Voice were denied the opportunity to address the committee.
Given we were denied the opportunity to speak at the meeting the following written submissions were sent to the Chair and all the Committee members to provide additional information for their consideration.
